Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no cost. Simply contact us at admin@kefora.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Lifetime Engraving Warranty We stand behind our engraving work for life. If the engraving on your product ever fades, chips, or deteriorates under normal use, we will replace it at no charge — no questions asked.
